Our School

The school is situated in the village of Pencombe, some 4 miles from Bromyard, but draws it's pupils from a wide area.
Pencombe Primary School is a co-educational Church of England Voluntary Aided school for pupils aged 5-11 years and is set in the heart of the village of Pencombe surrounded by the beautiful rolling countryside of Herefordshire. The school was founded in 1862 and since that time has formed an integral part of the village scene.
Pencombe is still largely a farming community but over the past twenty years the village has grown and now attracts a wider cross-section of people.
Housed in an attractive Victorian building in good repair, the school contains three classrooms and various other rooms and facilities and is adjacent to a large playing field and outdoor physical challenge.
